The amount of social security deferrals exempt from the provision of a guarantee is increased to 150,000 Euros (previously set at 30,000 Euros).
If the amount of the deferred debt does not exceed 250,000 Euros, it will not be necessary to provide a guarantee if one third of the debt is paid within the ten days following its concession.
Only the employer’s contribution will be deferred, and the part of the workers’ contributions and the contributions for occupational accidents and professional illnesses must be paid, since it is an ordinary deferral. The request must be made through the authorized person of the RED System.
